Brought my 2023 Ford Explorer in for a subwoofer installation. The whole experience was excellent - fast, friendly, and very professional. Saleh Naim made sure I was well taken care from start to finish. My installer Miguel did a flawless job - clean wiring, no damage, looks stock. Sub hits hard and clean. If you need car audio in the area, this is the place to go!

The best place in town. I had issues with my OEM radio and dealership asked for too much money and bad service. Thankfully I found Saleh and Miguel at the New Image Autosports. They’re friendly kind and simply the best people to deal with. They were super fast and professional, fixed everything and got me in and out quickly for a fair price. Super convenient and reasonable prices. Will definitely go back if needed in the future!

Hulio is such a nice guy. He understood we were there for business. Greeted us with a smile and told him my needs in an amp. He showed us some quality amps. Thanks to Hulio, I can finally install an amp in my brother’s car👍

Big shout out to Julio for helping me out, had me in and out the door within the hour, after spending days trying to figure out the wiring myself. Him and his crew are real masters of their craft, with quality work. If you looking to upgrade to quality sound, this the place to go.

Really great working with Mike & Gabriel at the Gaston location. These guys are pros and can take your audio next level. I was happy with my first setup but after 6 months wanted it to be even better. They knew just what to add and installed it within a few hours. Easy to deal with, excellent work, good prices - best part is they want you to be happy. Appreciate the experience
